If there's digit abstract that 1980s broadcasting was good for, it was inaugural title sequences. Shows backwards then didn't meet hit titles that told you what the exhibit was called, they had the proximity of mind to tell you everything you necessary to know to watch an episode, even if you'd never heard of the exhibit before. Why don't more shows do that anymore?
